The truth is those are very hard questions to answer and, as much as we would like to provide guidelines for the cost of our services, it is just not possible to give figures with any degree of accuracy.

We try to start site work as soon as possible, taking into consideration other scheduled work and other variables such as weather conditions. Once we agree on a start date every effort will be made to make sure there is no delays on our side.
You can. We are happy to work with materials provided by the customer as long as these meet with the requirements of the project in question. We are also happy to source all the required materials on your behalf for no extra cost.
We guarantee the quality of our work and will make every effort to remediate any issues in the unlikely event of one being identified.
